Task tools

Your task board, matched to real code

Connect Notion, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp or Trello. Gitmore matches tasks to the pull requests that implement them, shows what was planned vs what actually shipped, and can close tasks when their PR merges.

Included on every plan • No credit card required

Six tools, one view

Notion, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp and Trello, connected securely with a few clicks.

Planned vs shipped

Shipped, in progress, merged but not closed, done without a PR, and merged PRs with no task.

Closed when it ships

When a linked PR merges, Gitmore can mark the task done and comment “Shipped in …” with the link.

The board says one thing, Git says another

Task boards drift. Tasks stay “In review” weeks after the code merged, work ships with no ticket at all, and status meetings turn into reconciling the two.

Gitmore links the two sides automatically, using the task ids and links developers already put in branches, PR titles and commits, and shows where they disagree.

How tasks and PRs get linked

Task ids

An id like ENG-142 in the PR title, branch name or description links them right away.

Task links

A Notion, Linear, Jira or Trello link in the PR description works too.

Commit messages

An id in the PR's commits links it when it points at a single task.

AI suggestions

Similar titles become suggestions you confirm or reject. Suggestions are never written back on their own.

Only your repositories

Each connection matches against the repositories you choose.

Everywhere in Gitmore

Reports, the chat agent and the MCP server show which task each PR implements.

Frequently asked questions

Only if you turn write-back on, and only for confirmed links: when the linked PR merges, the task is marked done and gets a comment with the PR link. AI suggestions are never written back until you confirm them.

No. If they already put task ids in branch names or PR titles, links appear immediately. Otherwise, suggestions cover the rest.
