1. Use of the Service
Our Service provides the following capabilities, subject to these terms:
- Repository Integration: Connect your GitHub and Bitbucket repositories through secure webhooks to receive real-time events and data.
- Event Processing: Automatically process repository events including commits, pull requests, merges, and other repository activities metadata.
- Email Automation: Configure automated email notifications and reports based on repository events and AI-generated insights.
- AI-Powered Reporting: Generate comprehensive progress reports using Large Language Models (LLMs) that analyze your repository events and development patterns.
- AI Chat Assistant: Interact with our AI agent to ask questions about commits and pull requests metadata, and project progress.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your repository credentials and API keys.
2. Subscription Plans and Fees
Our Service offers various subscription tiers with different features:
- Free Trial (7 days): 1 integration, 1 automation, 50 AI credits (trial period), and Leaderboard access. No credit card required.
- Pro Plan ($15/month or $150/year): 5 repositories, 5 automations, 100 AI credits/month, Leaderboard access, and Monitoring Board.
- Enterprise Plan ($49/month or $490/year): 20 repositories, 20 automations, 500 AI credits/month, Leaderboard access, Monitoring Board, and Custom Automations.
Payment terms include monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual plans include 2 months free (equivalent to paying for 10 months). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
3. Data Processing and Privacy
Repository Data: We process repository data including commit messages, pull request information, branch data, and related metadata to provide our AI-powered services. This data is used to:
- Generate progress reports and analytics
- Enable AI chat functionality about your repositories
- Trigger automated email communications
- Provide insights and recommendations
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your repository data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
Data Retention: We retain repository event data for the duration of your subscription plus 15 days for service continuity (+30 Days for Enterprise Tier).
4. Intellectual Property
AI-Generated Content: Reports and insights generated by our AI services are provided to you under a non-exclusive license. You may use these reports for your business purposes.
5. Webhook and Integration Management
Repository Permissions: You grant us necessary permissions to receive webhook events from your connected repositories. You may revoke these permissions at any time.
Third-Party Services: Our Service integrates with GitHub and Bitbucket. Your use of these platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service.
API Rate Limits: We respect the API rate limits of integrated platforms and may temporarily suspend processing during high-traffic periods.
6. Disclaimers and Warranties
Service Availability: While we strive for high availability, our Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
AI Accuracy: AI-generated reports and chat responses are based on available data and may not always be completely accurate. You should verify important information independently.
Email Delivery: We cannot guarantee delivery of automated emails due to factors beyond our control, including spam filters and email server issues.
7. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All payments for subscriptions and purchases are processed securely by Paddle. We do not directly process or store your card details for transactions made through Paddle, in compliance with PCI DSS requirements.
The product name or our website name will appear on your card statement for purchases made through Paddle.
By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
For any payment-related inquiries, returns, or refunds, please contact Paddle directly via their support page.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases unless otherwise stated. To request a refund, please contact Paddle support within 30 days of your order completion date.
8. Complaint Policy
If you have a complaint regarding your purchase or our service, please contact us at support@gitmore.io. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the appropriate trade ombudsman service for further assistance.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
