Your Git history, inside your AI tools
Gitmore runs a remote MCP server. Add it to Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Cursor with one API key and ask about your team's work across every repository and provider, right from the editor.
Included on every plan • No credit card required
One key, every repository
Answers span all your connected repositories and providers.
Built for models
Clear, consistent summaries with unknown values marked as unknown, so the AI doesn't invent numbers.
Safe by default
Read-only tools, scoped to your account, revocable keys, and no AI credits used.
Your assistant only sees one repository
Coding assistants are great inside the repository you have open, but they can't tell you what the whole team shipped this week, which pull requests an agent wrote, or when a behavior changed in another repo.
Gitmore's MCP server gives them that context: one connection, every repository you've connected, across GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket, in a format written for language models.
Tools your AI can call
activity_summary
What shipped in a period: PRs merged, opened and still open, reviews, contributors and the task each PR implements.

Humans vs AI agents: pull requests, merge rates and time to merge per agent.
find_changes
Search PR titles, descriptions and commits to answer “when and why did we change X?”
recent_activity
The latest pull requests and pushes, newest first.
agent_reports
Work summaries your coding agents posted to Gitmore.

How it works
Create an API key
In Gitmore, open Developers and create a key.
Add the server
Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http gitmore https://app.gitmore.io/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <key>". Cursor and Claude Desktop configs are on the same page.
Ask away
“What did we ship this week?”, “Which PRs did Copilot write?”, “When did we change the rate limiter?”
Frequently asked questions
No. Every tool is read-only. Keys can be revoked at any time from the Developers page.
No. The MCP server returns data; the model you're already using does the thinking.

Yes. Agents can post a short summary of what they did and why to Gitmore's API, for example from a Claude Code hook. Those reports show up in Gitmore and through the agent_reports tool.
